INDIVIDUAL CUP

1-2 Teaspoons in mesh ball or Tea Bag (You can get 2-3 cups out of our tea bag)

Pour 8-10 oz of hot water over 

Let steep 7-10 minutes 

MULTIPLE PEOPLE

1-2 Tablespoons in mesh ball or tea bag

Pour hot water over tea

let it steep 10-12 minutes 

French Presses are awesome!

The longer you let it steep the more medicine it will pull!

INDIVIDUAL CUP

3-4 Flowers in Mesh Ball or Tea bag 

Pour 8-10 Oz of Hot water over it 

Let steep 7-10 minutes or until turns blue

add 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice or squeeze lemon or you can add Lemonade

MAKE A PITCHER FOR PARTY

Take a decent pinch of Blue butterfly or do 3 Tablespoons

Boil a pot of water 

let the Blue Butterfly Steep 20 minutes

It will turn electric blue 

you van add lemon juice or squeeze lemon ,add organic lemonade it will be good up to a week in fridge!

ENJOY

1. Heat fresh water to a gentle boil, then let cool slightly. 
2. Place 1 tea bag (or 1/2-1  tsp loose leaf) in a cup. 
3. Pour 5-8 oz hot water over tea. 
4. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes. 
5. Let cool to a safe temperature before serving. 
6. Optional: Add a touch of honey (for children over 1 year old).
